Shipping time
At this time, it may take a few days before we can pack and ship your order. We will let you know this. If a colour is not available, we will send a message.
Paying by bank transfer, if you want it to be quicker: if a screen copy (or photo) of the bank transfer is sent to us, the package will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Shipping
We ship by DPD or GLS.
Smaller items (e.g. ropes) can be sent as a letter. Here you find the overview of » shipping costs.
You can also pick up the Mandaran movement set, e.g. at one of our " classes or at one of the » workshops or » events.
Sending of gift vouchers is free of charge..
In the shopping cart you can get the estimated shipping costs. They will be listed again at the end and are included in the invoice.
We ask for your understanding that we surcharge € 5 small quantity fee for orders below € 30.
Shipping to Switzerland and other non-EU countries
When you get the shipment, you will be charged Swiss customs duties.
Due to the small business status, I cannot reduce the price by the VAT.
